Regional Center Designation
In 2001 the USCIS approved the formation of Designated Regional Centers for the purpose of aggregating EB-5 investments to be placed simultaneously into qualifying businesses. Investments made through a Designated Regional Center may qualify for a reduced minimum investment amount from $800,000 to $1,050,000 and also may include indirect and direct job creation when calculating employment figures for a specific project.
Designated Regional Centers are approved by the USCIS and focus on a specific geographic territory with the goal of promoting economic growth through the creation of new jobs, improvement in export sales, and increased domestic investment.
As a Designated Regional Center, ARCFI provides access to multiple qualified investment opportunities for prospective investors.
