Investor Questionnaire

Each EB-5 project sponsored by the Atlantic Regional Center for Foreign Investment requires investors to provide basic information about their background, finances and investment experience. The questionnaires used to gather this information allow ARCFI and its project partners to evaluate the fit between an investor and a project. Additionally, the answers provided enable our project partners to discharge their responsibilities under various private placement regulations and exemptions. Once a prospective investor has determined that a particular project meets their investment and immigration needs, ARCFI will provide the appropriate questionnaire for completion.
